(AP) — A military court hearing is scheduled for an Air Force Academy cadet charged with sexual misconduct. The hearing on Wednesday is for Anthony D. Daniels Jr., a junior charged with sodomy, attempted sodomy and aggravated sexual conduct. The hearing is to determine whether he should go on trial before a court-martial. His attorney didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment made through the academy’s public affairs office. Daniels is one of at least five cadets charged with sexual misconduct this year.
