(CBS4) – The father of the youngest victim in the Aurora theater shootings is suing the theater. On Friday Ian Sullivan, the father of Veronica Moser-Sullivan, filed a lawsuit against Cinemark. Like many of the other victims’ families suing the chain, Sullivan claims the theater did not provide adequate security for the people inside.
