(CBS4) – Sources close to the investigation of the mass shooting at an Aurora movie theater on July 20 have confirmed to CBS4 news that the psychiatrist for suspect James Holmes went to University of Colorado Denver police about her patient prior to the massacre. So far it’s not clear whether Lynne Fenton told police something about Holmes or if she merely wanted a background check on him.
