Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney’s office said Yakov Rakhshtut, 59, has been charged with one count of careless driving resulting in death. “The charge alleges that Rakhshtut was driving a rental car shuttle on Oct. 13 at 11:45 a.m. when he hit a woman in a crosswalk as she was walking toward the terminal,” Kimbrough said in a statement. Katherine McKinley, 57, later died from a head injury. Rakhshtut is scheduled on Nov. 20 to be arraigned.
